Save time by using existing answers to resolve requests

When someone submits a request that is easy to answer with one of the existing answers you can easily send it back to the employee without having to copy-paste it from anywhere.

  1. When writing a reply, click on the ๐Ÿ“„ icon in the bottom bar

  2. Select the right answer from the list

  3. You can pick multiple answers to be attached to your reply

  4. Don't forget to write a message as well

  5. Send the reply to the employee

The employee will then receive your message, as well as the full content of all attached answers via Slack or e-mail, as with other notifications.
