To reduce the amount of questions that you actually have to answer manually we've given our Slack bot the superpowers (and authority) to answer questions for you.

When you use an answer to resolve a request, next time a similar question comes in over Slack our bot would suggest it first, giving the employee the chance to "self-resolve" the request. The questions are matched on the basis of similarity of the incoming question and the titles of requests that were previously answered with an answer from the knowledge base.

Of course, if the request does not match any existing content or the employee needs more help, they can always create a request.
