To help you prioritize work for yourself and your team more efficiently you can assign each request a specific priority (low / medium / high). This priority is only internal – it can only be set by an expert from Back, and it is not visible to the employee who submitted the request or anyone else outside of Back.
Assigning priority
To assign priority from the request list click on the ⋯ on the request card and select Set priority
To assign priority from the request detail click use the Priority button in the request sidebar

Once set, you can filter for requests with specific priority (and combination of priorities) using the filter bar in the request list:
