To make SLA goal measurement as close to reality each team now has working hours assigned to it, which are used to limit the time in which SLA goals are considered to be "ticking"

Setting up working hours

To set up the working hours simply go to Team management and select Edit from the ⋯ menu.

Currently the working hours are defined in CET timezone and are set in 24h hour clock, and start and end time need to be in the same day (i.e. you cannot set up working hours from 18:00 to 7:00).
