Whether you want to file some request away for later or keep track of important work, you can pick the combination of filters, sorting, and views you like and turn it into a custom view in the sidebar.

The custom view will then always show you all the unresolved requests that currently fulfill the selected criteria, sorted and displayed exactly the way you want.

Creating a new view

  1. Define the criteria for the view - this can be any combination of filters, sort criteria, and view type

  2. Apply the criteria using the filter bar on top of the request list
โ„น๏ธ For filters like Assignee, Requester, or Category we only show values that are present in the current view. Let us know if you'd need all available values in the filters!

  3. Save the view using the ๐Ÿ’พ icon in the top right corner. Feel free to pick any name for your view.

Your new view is now saved and always accessible from the sidebar. You'll also see the yellow notification badge every time there is a new or updated request.

Editing a view

If you need to edit your view simply open it, adjust the criteria, and save it as a new view. Afterwards, you can can safely remove the old view.

Removing a view

To remove an existing custom view simply hover over the name in the sidebar and click on the ๐Ÿ—‘ trashcan icon.

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ The default views (Unassigned / Assigned to me / All requests) cannot be removed or edited.
