Receiving requests in Back via email

Each team in Back has a unique email address that you can use to turn incoming email messages into Back requests. For your teams, you can find it in the menu on the top right (when you click on your organization name), while for all others you can find it in Settings β†’ Teams.

The email address always has the format of <team-name>@<org-name> Each message received on this email address will be automatically turned into a Back request in the relevant team.

To make sure the employees can continue using the team email addresses they're already used to we'd recommend setting up forwarding from your shared inbox or email group into Back.
